I bought my 4 year old boy a Vulcan Carbon 24v jeep. I tried charging it up on Christmas eve but it wouldn't charge. I sent an email not expecting it to be sorted out for Christmas morning but one of the owners (who was on holiday in Europe) phoned me and talked me through the problem, turns out they can't transport live batteries so it needed plugging in under the bonnet.
Then just recently I lost the charger and remote! Once again Richard sorted it out for me and I received replacements in a couple of days. You don't get that kind of personal service from other companies so I would definitely recommend this company. And my son was very happy with his new jeep.
My swing turned up in 24 hours.The package turned up torn and dented.However,the swing inside was fantastic and not damaged in anyway
The 3 in 1 swing is remarkably easy to assemble, with clear instructions. It's sturdy and looks good. The seat height for the swing is easily adjustable.
It was delivered well within the proposed time frame.
Thoroughly recommend.
