Returns Policy

Titan Toys are happy to offer a 30 day returns policy on our goods, which means you have 15  days after receiving your item to request a return. You ( the customer) then has an additional 15 days after we receive your request to return the goods. If this time frame expires you may not be eligible for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  You ( the customer) will be required to return the goods at your own cost unless the item is faulty or has damage incurred by the courier or Titan Toys. The return cost of our ride on cars ranges from £15-50 depending on the model as the sizes and weights all vary. Our swing sets carry a return cost of between £70 - £100 due to the different size and weights of the different  models.

If you decide to change your mind other than the product being faulty you will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee. Please note that this is separate from the return delivery cost.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@titantoys.co.uk

You can always contact us for any return question at sales@titantoys.co.uk.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt of delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. This normally takes 7 business days.
