Titan Toys are happy to offer a 30-day returns policy on our goods, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. You ( the customer) then have 15 days after we receive your request to return the goods. If this time frame expires you may not be eligible for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. There will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund when the goods arrive back at our warehouse and are fully assessed by our team to make sure there is no damage and that the item is fit for re-sale. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You ( the customer) will be required to return the goods at your own cost unless the item is faulty or has damage incurred by the courier or Titan Toys. The cost of the return may vary depending on the weight and size of the item purchased, and the item's location.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt of delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. This normally takes 5-7 business days.
