Airborne Pro 2025 12ft Trampoline With Ladder

This is our second trampoline purchase and I’m incredibly impressed! With my children reaching their teens, we needed a trampoline that could handle bigger bouncers. This one delivers on that front in spades. The quality is on par with top-tier brands, but at a much more affordable price point. Build time was 1.5 hours with clear, easy to follow instructions.

What makes this product even better is that Titan Toys is a Scottish business, offering fantastic customer service and easy access to replacement parts if needed in the future.

My experience with their customer service team was outstanding. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the live chat I had, asking for more detailed specs, was actually with one of the business owners, not an AI bot! It’s that personal touch that sets them apart.

We opted for the 12ft trampoline, which is the perfect size for my kids to bounce together without the risk of collisions. If you’ve got the space, I’d definitely recommend going big as this trampoline will last as children grow. According to my kids, the bounce on this trampoline is far superior to their previous Telstar model.

Overall, this has been a fantastic purchase. A top-quality product from a stand out brand. Highly recommend!

We brought this 12ft trampoline from titan toys purely on the reviews. It was a Christmas gift for our children. It came just before Christmas as promised but as you can imagine it's a very large product and weighs a lot so not the easiest to hide and check for missing parts, etc... Christmas day came, and the kids were very excited, but as it was raining, we decided to put it up on boxing day. When erecting it there was a spring missing which obviously put a stop to the build. There were also 4 extra nuts - it is a shane why extras of all screws/nuts/springs weren't included! We contacted titan toys for a replacement, and a replacement arrived a couple of days later. The build quality seems OK, however not much can be said for the quality control before the product was shipped to us. Any other time of the year it might not have mattered but as it was a Christmas present and the kids where excited it made a bad experience for us. I spoke with Alex and he said his manager would be updated and would contact to me in regards to this and in some way a small gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience and upset to the kids, but I'm still yet to hear from them. I feel they think matter has been resolved because they sent out a replacement not even a sorry in writing from the management.

When purchasing anything from Titan Toys as a gift, please check the parts or run the risk of upset children when something is missing.

Great trampoline, fast and friendly customer service. Would recommend. Especially like the fact this trampoline has a higher weight limit than most so an adult or kids friends can use it comfortably BONUS! Fantastic prices too!

Titan toys are by far one of the best companys I've delt with. Ordered the trampoline at the weekend and it was delivered by the Tuesday! We are currently waiting on the delivery of a basket swing and the communication with this company is totally forthright and honest. Can not fault them in anyway.
