I bought a bike for my son for Xmas and was having difficulty building it and the guys were available in chat late on Xmas Eve straight away to assist. They have truly gone above and beyond when I encountered a problem and I can honestly say that I have never had better customer service, ever! Highly recommend this company, thanks guys.
Great product easily assembled and great service
I was let down by Rioroo and contacted Titan toys in a Christmas panic. They could not have been anymore helpful, they even offered to open the shop late for me. Ended up helping with premium postage and got me my item the very next morning. They were also on hand to help with advice when building the car.
The car is fantastic and my daughter loves it.

Put simply, the best ride-on car under £500 I could find for my 3 year old son. 200w per motor, 800w proper 4wd and looks fantastic. Build quality is great and so is runtime and most importantly the performance. Puts the sports car type ride-ons to shame as I noticed they tend to be 12v and with little torque or 4wd. I was attracted by the features and secondly by the excellent reviews here at Titan Toys. My order was sent out very quickly even though it was Christmas and sadly did get tied up with the courier DHL for a week, shout out to Kriss who gave me excellent support and communication and let in touch with me over a few days until it was safely delivered. 2 things to be aware of: 1. It takes about 2 hours to build it and a second person definitely helps! And 2. The only negative really is that it does stop suddenly as the remote cuts power to the motors, there is no gentle slowdown/speed up with this model. I was aware it had this immediate start but the jolting stop is a bit frustrating. The trade off is that once on the move it’s arguably the best ride on under £500 and I did a lot of research before purchase. It bombs over everything and it’s smooth and very fast. Sometimes even at medium speed I’m running to keep up. The remote control is a godsend. Would massively recommend some high-end (probably the best) Emergizer ultimate AAA batteries for it. Car also comes with a funky media section, songs, mp3s have yet to try the Bluetooth. I would recommend Titan Toys to everyone simply for the excellent models on offer and the great communication and support I’ve already received. Many thanks!

Second product I have bought from titan toys. There was a wheel nut missing. Titan delivered an extra bolt on the day I raised the issue and gave a complimentary cover. Cannot complain. Quality of atv is phenomenal. My daughter loves it.

Bought this after many ride on's that just couldn't perform were we live in the North pennines, this little fella really Is the best of the best. Climbs the 20% gradient hill to our home with ease and just isn't bothered about the mud and bumps.
Customer service on order firstly was great, I made a call to check that I would receive before Xmas which I was assured they would get it out the next day, within an hour I had notification that it had been shipped and was with me by the afternoon the next day and two days before I expected. The quality of the car itself is second to none such detail with lots of great features that my son absolutely loves and it's sooo fast. Really happy and thank you Titan toys.

This car is amazing. Great battery life. My 4 year old picked up how to use it really quickly. Great that it has a low speed option for his younger brother to try out.
